Within one year of purchase

2. Identification
User must provide identity card
Authorised personnel must provide identity card
Valid proof of purchase e.g receipt or delivery order

3. Conditions
Good physical condition
Manufacturer label at the back is still intact and readable (especially serial no)
No sign of reader being disintegrated or dismantled
Reader is clean and free of smudges.
Defect due to manufacturer

4. Functionality
- All system fail to detect reader.
- Unable to read certificate (unable to launch iPROXY) at all.

5. Type of reader
The defective reader will be replaced with a reader of THE SAME MODEL only.
If the same model is no longer in stock, iVEST has the right to replace it with one of similar value.
